Pay Range: $55- $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data and AI applications, often leveraging emerging and cutting‑edge technologies
• Architect and deliver enterprise‑scale GenAI solutions, including summarization engines and chatbot applications
• Apply sound judgment in selecting methods, tools, and evaluation criteria within broadly defined practices and policies
• Provide technical leadership by owning deliverables, assigning work, and resolving complex technical issues
• Translate business strategy and requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Ensure solutions comply with model governance and risk management standards
• Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related IS/IT discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Typically 10 years of overall IT experience, including leadership on complex, enterprise initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• 2 years of professional experience executing end‑to‑end Generative AI projects using:
• MCP (skills‑based orchestration)
• Agentic frameworks (e.g., Lang Graph)
• Embedding models (e.g., all‑MiniLM‑L6‑v2, nomic‑ai)
• Evaluation frameworks ( RAGAS, Lang Smith, Phoenix/Arize)
• REST APIs, FastAPI, Web Sockets
• Enterprise data stores (Redis, Mongo
  
  DB)
• Strong Python programming expertise
• Frontend experience with Angular is a significant plus
