We are looking for a Solution Architect to drive the development of next‑generation AI‑powered web applications. You will bridge the gap between Databricks data platforms and modern web architectures, building intelligent, production‑ready applications that integrate LLMs, real‑time data, and scalable cloud infrastructure.

This role combines architecture leadership with hands‑on full‑stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.

• Architect cloud‑native AI applications, integrating LLMs, vector search, and real‑time data.
• Design end‑to‑end web solutions from frontend to backend.
• Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (Full‑stack, AI, Data).
• Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure quality through testing, CI/CD, and cloud‑native best practices.

• 7+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems
• Strong full‑stack experience (React + FastAPI)
• Sharp product vision and UX/UI intuition
• Expert‑level Python
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases

• Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (Lang Chain, Auto Gen)
• Experience with Node.js full‑stack
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary engineering teams
