Matlen Silver is seeking a Senior OOP Python Developer (Trading) in Jersey City for an 18-month W2 contract. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services and RESTful APIs to support front-office trading workflows.
You will work with traders and quantitative teams, migrate legacy applications to a new platform, and ensure robust production systems with strong logging, debugging, and performance improvements. Hybrid work: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
