Lead Full Stack Architect​/Engineer

Overview

Banking is seeking a senior Full Stack Architect/Engineer to lead the design, development, and support of scalable cloud-native applications. This role requires deep expertise in React, Java Spring Boot, AWS, APIs, event-driven architectures, and AI-assisted software development.

• Lead end-to-to delivery of full stack solutions using React, Java Spring Boot, GraphQL/REST APIs, and AWS.
• Drive architecture and design reviews, defining APIs, data models, integrations, and service boundaries.
• Develop secure, production-grade code and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews.
• Build and maintain highly available, scalable services with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
• Implement authentication and authorization using OIDC/OAuth

• Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and operational readiness practices.
• Partner with Product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and guide adoption of internal and third-party technology solutions.

12+ years of full-stack engineering experience with technical leadership responsibilities.

• React (Type Script)

• Kafka/MSK
• Aurora PostgreSQL
• AWS Neptune
• OIDC/OAuth2 & JWT security
• CI/CD, automated testing, Git, and Dev Ops practices
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and/or Git Hub Copilot
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK), Docker, ECS/EKS, and modern security practices

• Experience defining platform standards, API governance, and reliability metrics
• Prior integration experience with Oracle HCM
