Our banking client is seeking a Python Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Python Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative projects and collaborative efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Charlotte or Jersey City - hybrid

Duration: Long‑term contract

Pay Range: W2 only;
Market rates depending on experience and location (target 65-70/hr W2)

(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)

• Develop and maintain Python applications to support business needs and operational efficiency
• Create and deploy applications within the Azure cloud environment, utilizing various interconnected Azure components
• Enhance front‑end applications using React JS, HTML5, and CSS3 to improve user experience
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks caused by inefficient code to optimize performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality solutions

• 5+ years of development experience in Python is mandatory
• Optional experience with Databricks and Azure cloud computing
• Knowledge of database systems such as SQL and No
  
  SQL, and distributed computing frameworks
• Ability to create and deploy applications in Azure environment with various interconnected components
• Strong understanding of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments
