• Design and develop Microsoft 365 Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 extensibility frameworks.
• Build conversational AI experiences, agent instructions, orchestration logic, custom topics, and fallback/escalation flows.
• Configure knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365 content repositories, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.
• Implement prompt engineering and grounding strategies for accurate, contextual, and role-appropriate responses.

• Integrate agents with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom connectors.
• Develop actions, plugins, and workflow automations that enable agents to perform business tasks across systems.
• Connect agents with business platforms such as Service Now, Salesforce, SAP, Jira, and internal applications where required.

• Design agentic AI solutions for knowledge management, IT support, HR assistance, SDLC productivity, project governance, customer service, and operational automation.
• Develop reusable agent frameworks, accelerators, templates, reusable prompts, and integration patterns.
• Continuously evaluate agent quality, response relevance, business value, adoption, and operational readiness.

• Implement Responsible AI practices and support safe, transparent, and auditable AI behavior.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, access control, and enterprise governance standards.
• Support agent monitoring, lifecycle management, permission governance, and data protection policies.

• Translate business requirements into AI agent solution designs and implementation backlogs.
• Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, demos, training sessions, and adoption support.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, functional SMEs, security teams, and delivery teams.

• Development: C#, Python, Type Script / JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, Power Shell

  Graph Connectors, Custom Connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, event-driven integration patterns
• Data & Security:
  SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft Purview, Entra , access control, enterprise governance and compliance
• AI Engineering:
  Prompt engineering, RAG patterns, LLM fundamentals, agentic AI design, reusable solution frameworks
• Delivery & Consulting:
  Stakeholder workshops, use-case discovery, demos, training, Agile/Scrum delivery, business-value articulation

• Generative AI and LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, evaluation, RAG, and agentic AI architectures.
• Azure AI Foundry, Git Hub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, and enterprise AI platform engineering exposure.
• Vector search concepts, knowledge indexing, semantic search, and data grounding patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and enterprise release governance.
• Experience in BFSI, healthcare, telecom, or other regulated enterprise environments is a plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft certifications preferred:
  Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, or equivalent.
