Senior Salesforce Agentforce Engineer with 10+ years of Salesforce development experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Salesforce APIs, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. The role requires hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, automation, and REST API integrations, with a focus on developing scalable Salesforce solutions and leveraging AI capabilities to improve business processes.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein AI.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Strong experience with REST API integrations.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Mule Soft or other integration platforms.
- Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
