Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Team (Lead/Senior/Mid) to architect and build a new, common automation platform from scratch. This team will focus on delivering a unified, scalable End-to-End (E2E) Automation Engine to support 13+ modernization teams. Using Java and Type Script, you will build a greenfield platform covering both UI and API automation, leveraging Git Hub Copilot and Jenkins to drive high-speed delivery across the organization.

End-to-End Regression Framework Modernization:
Architect and build a brand-new, unified Java and Type Script automation platform from the ground up to support both UI (Playwright/Selenium) and API testing requirements across 13+ teams. Establish modern CI/CD patterns within Jenkins and utilize AI-assisted development tools like Git Hub Copilot to accelerate framework construction and test authoring.

Trade & Order Management Validation:
Automate core order lifecycle workflows:
Create → Modify → Cancel → Execute. Validate institutional OMS order validation rules, post-trade processing, downstream clearing/settlement integrations, and regulatory reporting platforms.

Cross-Platform & API State Comparison Testing:
Design and execute API-driven automated tests (REST/SOAP) to validate workflows routed through Director pattern architectures. Conduct state comparison and data validation across coexisting legacy systems (Mainframe/DB2 via SOAP service layers) and modern cloud/microservice platforms.

Quality Visibility & Metrics:
Enhance existing test reporting dashboards to track test coverage, execution stability, and business capability regression metrics across 100% of functional trading areas.

Required Qualifications & Domain Expertise:

• 1. Domain Knowledge (Preferred) Learning Agility:
  Demonstrated ability to learn complex business domains and adapt to new systems quickly. Capital Markets / Trading Systems:
  Familiarity with Equities and Options trading workflows or Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
• 2. Technical Capabilities Automation Architecture:
  Strong proficiency in Java or Type Script, with experience building frameworks using Playwright or Selenium. API Testing:
  Hands-on experience automating REST and SOAP API service layers for enterprise workflows. CI/CD & Tools:
  Experience with Jenkins and interest in utilizing AI-driven tools like Git Hub Copilot. Architecture Optimization:
  Demonstrated success in refactoring legacy BDD automation suites for maximum execution speed, parallel execution, and maintainability.
