Job Title:
Backend IT Developer III - Sitecore Developer
Location:
Jersey City, NJ.

Onsite/Hybrid - as required
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong expertise in Sitecore architecture, C#, .NET, Next.js, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience developing Sitecore components and integrations, working with headless Sitecore, SXA/JSS, GraphQL, SQL Server, and Solr. Power Shell scripting experience is a nice-to-have
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore applications and components.
- Work with Sitecore architecture, data models, templates, SXA, JSS, Content Serialization, personalization, and configuration.
- Develop custom Sitecore modules and integrations with external APIs, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Develop headless Sitecore solutions using Next.js, React, and GraphQL
. - Perform troubleshooting, debugging, code optimization, and refactoring.
- Participate in the complete SDLC from design and development through deployment and production support.
- Work with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to drive project direction.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning.
Required Skills:
- Strong Sitecore development and architecture experience.
- C#, .NET Framework
- Sitecore SXA, JSS, Headless Development
- Next.js, React, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS
- GraphQL
- SQL Server and Solr
- Git/Bitbucket and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design and software development methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and refactoring skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have:
- Power Shell scripting
- Experience with Sitecore Cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating Sitecore with analytics and marketing automation solutions.
