Role OverviewThis role will initially focus on supporting a Windows Migration initiative, assisting with application migration activities. Following the completion of the migration project, the position will transition to application development. This dual focus requires a candidate who is proficient in both application migration and full stack .NET development for the team's long-term needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support application migration activities as part of a Windows Migration initiative.
- Handle application deployment and configuration on Windows servers.
- Perform IIS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Transition to full stack .NET/Oracle application development work post-migration.
- Work independently, take initiative, and manage new requirements.
- Operate within an Agile methodology framework.
- Utilize version control tools such as Bitbucket, Git Hub, or TFS.
- Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of work experience in C#, .Net, and Web API is required. - Technical
Skills:
Full stack development skills including .NET Core, C#, Web API, Oracle DB, and SQL Server. - Functional knowledge of .Net Core and Web API.
- Proficiency in application deployment on Windows servers.
- Strong data analysis and performance tuning capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in Dev Ops and Automated Unit Testing.
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Working knowledge of Informatica.
- Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket, Git Hub, and TFS.
