Job Description We are seeking a Python Developer, Market Risk Technology to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and relational databases (DB2, Sybase, Oracle) and a proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable risk technology solutions in an Agile environment. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Python services and components for market risk platforms. Implement object-oriented designs and apply design patterns and best practices. Build and optimize database objects and queries across DB2, Sybase, and Oracle. Collaborate with global teams in Ireland, the UK, India, and the U.S. in a high-pressure environment. Qualifications:

Proficiency in Python with hands-on object-oriented programming. Java experience is a plus. Good understanding of design patterns and engineering best practices. Proven database development experience with DB2, Sybase, and Oracle. Experience delivering in high-pressure environments within a financial institution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and collaboration. Self-motivated with the ability to initiate projects and drive to completion. 5+ years of applicable software development experience.

Skills:
