Compensation & Performance Pay
Weekly Earnings:
Average $1,265 – $1,500 per week
All-Mile Pay:
Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL practical miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time.
Paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
Home Time & Routes
Consistent, steady workload with predictable dispatch.
Home weekly for your full reset.
Regional routes primarily throughout the Northeastern states.
Equipment & Freight
Drive newer, top-tier Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors.
100% No-Touch freight. Mostly drop & hook loads to keep your wheels turning and minimize wait times.

Job Requirements
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must have a minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.
SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion
