Join our team as a Distribution Associate for Jetty. This is a fast-paced role assisting in the everyday logistics of apparel at our warehouse facility in West Creek, New Jersey. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner and will thrive in our dynamic and energetic environment. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training that will provide opportunities for advancement as skills and experience increase.

Jetty is an East Coast-based lifestyle apparel brand rooted in surf and the outdoors. We also operate our own design and screen printing division (Jetty Ink) and channel all of our charitable giving via our own nonprofit (Jetty Rock Foundation). We aim to hire highly motivated, positive, thrill-seeking individuals who share our passion for water and adventure.

Qualifications:

• On the job training, no experience required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. or more on a consistent basis.

• Full-Time with weekend availability.
• Required 5 days at our Distribution Center (West Creek, NJ).
• Reporting to the Jetty Director of Logistics.

• Picking and packing for order fulfillment
• Product receiving and processing
• Product stocking and organizing
• Assistance of all distribution departments
