- Manage end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, order picking, packing, loading, and outbound shipping to ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment.
- Lead, schedule, train, and mentor warehouse associate teams; assign daily shift tasks, monitor work progress, resolve on-site operational issues, and drive team performance to hit daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Track core warehouse KPIs (order accuracy, picking efficiency, on-time delivery, error rate); identify workflow bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly inventory audits, maintain precise inventory data in WMS, resolve inventory discrepancies promptly, and ensure full audit compliance.
- High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is strongly preferred. - 2–5 years of US warehouse operation experience, including 1–3 years of formal supervisory experience in e-commerce or high-volume distribution centers.
