POSITION DUTIESTo provide Administrative and Clerical Support for the Human Resources Operational Support Unit.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond to inquiries from the public and employees concerning employee services
- Establish and maintain employees personnel and medical files which may be paper and/or electronic
- Maintain policies, procedures, rules, regulations, salary schedules, and other personnel guides
- Prepares various reports and summaries as requested by HRSD, Disability Providers, Financial Institutions, other employers, etc.
- Draft and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Collect, open, sort and distribute incoming mail

- Education:
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. - Experience:
None.
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following preferred qualifications. Include clear and specific information on your application regarding your qualifications.
Successful candidates will be ranked as Best Qualified, Better Qualified, or Qualified and placed on the eligible (employment) list for at least one year.
EXAMINATION PROCESSThe assessment may consist of a rating of your education, training, and experience related to the requirements of the position.

- Personal Leave - new State employees are awarded six (6) personnel days annually (prorated based on start date)
