Motorcycle Technician

Bob's Motorcycles is seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join our service team in Jessup, MD. What You'll Do:

Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.
Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues.
Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures.
Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience repairing motorcycles, powersports vehicles, or automobiles.
Technical training, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Valid motorcycle driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to qualify for a Maryland Inspector License.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures.
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Manual dexterity and ability to perform physical repair work.
Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, or other motorcycle brands
Powersports or dealership service experience

Compensation & Benefits:Earnings potential: $50,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications:
