The role requires a professional who can efficiently handle commercial, residential, and security fencing projects. The successful candidate will prepare detailed cost estimates and bids, procure materials, and conduct take‑offs using Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for fencing projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Develop competitive bids for commercial, residential, and security fencing projects.

Procure necessary materials for projects, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Conduct take‑offs to determine project needs and costs accurately.

Use software tools such as Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore to organize and present data effectively.

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and new materials to remain competitive.

Assist in resolving project‑related issues that may arise during construction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a fencing estimator or comparable building industry experience.

Proficiency in commercial, residential, and security fencing.

Expertise in preparing detailed cost estimates and competitive bids.

Strong experience in procurement and material selection.

Proficiency in conducting take‑offs.

Excellent skills in Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of current industry trends and pricing.
