Transform network infrastructure by joining our dynamic team! You will develop innovative solutions that drive network stability and scalability, creating automated systems that power global technological advancement.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical scenarios.
• Implement strategic solutions to keep our network running seamlessly.
• Move and implement large enterprise equipment and install fiber and copper cabling.
• Patching cabling between equipment and ensuring proper safety and security standards during installation.
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
• Use material‑handling tools and equipment safely.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area; maintain reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in environments that operate 24/7 with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support.
• Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bending, lifting, stretching, reaching, standing, and walking for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

• Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed.
• Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational.
• Travel frequency varies based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility.
• US citizen with current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, active US Government security clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.

• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.
