Are you passionate about turning construction sites into intelligent digital environments? We’re looking for a Reality Capture Specialist who’s ready to push the boundaries of 3D scanning and digital twin creation for the built world.
This role is ideal for a tech‑savvy professional who thrives in the fast‑paced AEC industry and has hands‑on experience using laser scanning to support construction workflows, BIM coordination, and site documentation.
Core Responsibilities- Perform 3D laser scanning on active construction sites and in the office using advanced tools and workflows.
- Post‑process scan data to create usable deliverables such as point clouds, floor plans, and BIM models.
- Train and support clients on platforms like Cloud Worx, Recap, Reality Cloud Studio, AutoCAD, Register 360, and Revit.
- Generate professional project reports and maintain detailed documentation.
- Manage and maintain scanning equipment inventory and conduct regular equipment maintenance.
- Inspect scan results and final outputs to ensure they meet construction‑grade quality standards.
- Prioritize and log jobs according to project schedules, site constraints, and deliverable deadlines.
- Proven experience in 3D scanning for construction, surveying, or engineering.
- Proficiency and/or certification in:
- Cloud Worx
- Recap
- Reality Cloud Studio
- AutoCAD
- Register 360
- Revit
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and project tracking ability.
- Able to work independently on job sites and adapt to dynamic construction environments.
