Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Staff Engineer, Advanced Thermal Modeling to lead the development and scaling of thermal modeling across BAC’s product space, from unit-level physics to system performance and cost of ownership.
You will translate thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer into reusable modeling architectures, simulation tools, and validated methods that inform design, product decisions, and customer outcomes.
