Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Our client, a growing manufacturing and HVAC company, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team in Jessup, MD. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a background in staffing agency recruiting or recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades environments.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit for a variety of positions including manufacturing, skilled trades, HVAC technicians, warehouse, field service, operations, and corporate support roles.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in local recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements to support hiring goals.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Previous staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting within manufacturing, HVAC, construction, industrial, logistics, or skilled trades environments is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant recruiting experience.
