Job Description
The primary role of the Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) is to conduct target focused exploitation and has experience in both Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft. This role is critical to advancing mission objectives through sustained and discovery Area of Responsibility (AOR) operations. The TDNA will leverage advanced tradecraft, technical expertise, and analytical skills to identify, characterize, and track targets across complex networks.
PositionResponsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
- Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
- Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets.
- Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, and experience
- Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in Dialed Number Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) tradecraft
- Expertise in tradecraft for target characterization across multiple domains
- Strong background in network analysis, SIGINT, AMOD, and packet analysis
- An active TS/SCI with polygraph
$150,000 - $200,000. The AV pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
ITARRequirement
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ("ITAR") and/or the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"). Applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status. U.S. person definition includes U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident, or protected individual such as a refugee or asylee. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
