We're seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Selling Partner Trust team. Our ideal candidate combines sharp analytical skills with natural curiosity to drive process improvements that protect our selling partners. You'll lead operational initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and implement scalable solutions that enhance trust across Amazon's marketplace.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you'll identify, scope, and deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Success requires building consensus, driving results, and balancing business needs with technical constraints. You'll break down complex projects into manageable pieces while maintaining high standards for execution.
Key job responsibilities- Drive strategic projects across Selling Partner Trust teams
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, multi-team environment
- Build trust across organizational levels through effective communication
- Own end-to-end delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships
- Transform abstract goals into measurable outcomes
- Develop and optimize product roadmaps focused on seller trust
- Balance rapid execution with thoughtful risk management
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
- Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
