Job Overview
US Citizen only. Must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
This hands‑on technical role requires an advanced software/systems engineering background. The candidate will be a key Delivery Consultant for the Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team. You will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives, driving customer success throughout the cloud journey. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS is essential.
Responsibilities- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work with the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery.
- Experience with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations.
- 5+ years of external or internal customer‑facing, complex and large‑scale project management experience.
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments.
- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Experience with database technologies (SQL, No
SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis). - Experience scripting for automation (Python) and advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards, including HIPAA and GDPR.
- Experience with AWS data/file transfer solutions such as AWS Migration Service (MGN), AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), and/or AWS Data Sync.

BenefitsThe base salary range for this position is USD - annually. The total compensation package may include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
