Associate Delivery Consultant - Security, ProServe A2C Delivery, A2C

Overview

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key driver of customer success throughout the cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Professional experience programming in a modern programming language (e.g., Java, C++, C#, Python).

• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
• Experience and technical expertise in the design and implementation of cloud computing technologies.
• AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in many AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation).
• Hands‑on technical expertise in building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code.
• Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions such as WAF, IPS, Anti‑DDOS, and SIEM.
• Understanding of architectural implications of meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST/DoD frameworks.

Base salary range is listed in the job posting. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.

USA, VA, Arlington – 98,200.00 –  USD annually
