Delivery Consultant, WWPS, National Security (Nat Sec) Professional Services (Pro Serve)

This role is responsible for working with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies to design, implement, and support cloud computing solutions on AWS. The candidate must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and architecture of AWS-based solutions for intelligence customers
• Provide consultative guidance on cloud best practices, security, compliance, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with AWS product and service teams to deliver feature enhancements tailored to customer needs
• Facilitate deep‑Dive education, design exercises, and implementation activities with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Participate in pre‑sales and strategic discussions to align solutions with customer requirements

• 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Knowledge of primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, RDS, Route 53, S3)
• Experience deploying AWS services across distributed computing environments
• Current, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional certification
• Experience with compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless services
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
• Leadership role in design, development, and deployment of large‑scale software or infrastructure
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments
• Performance optimization and cost‑management expertise in cloud environments

Location:

Jessup, MD (on‑site at least one day per week). Remote option not available.

Salary range: $131,300 – $177,600 USD annually, plus sign‑on and RSU package. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
