Sr. Delivery Consultant, WWPS ProServe

This position requires the selected candidate to currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.

AWS Professional Services is looking for a Delivery Consultant with hands‑on cloud architecture and implementation experience, strong AWS knowledge, and the ability to work directly with customers to turn complex requirements into production‑ready solutions. The consultant will lead implementations, advise on migration strategies, optimize performance, and manage risk across the project lifecycle.

• Leading teams to design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience
• 5+ years of software development with object‑oriented language experience
• 3+ years of cloud‑based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system experience
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance

• Degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional level certification
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
• Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‑sales environments
• Experience with security compliance & risk management frameworks (NIST 800‑53, CMMC, etc.)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
