Computer Network Defense Analyst; CNDA Level 3

Job Description

The primary role of the Computer Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) is to protect critical systems, applying expertise in cybersecurity, network defense, and traffic analysis to detect, respond, and prevent threats.

• Design and develop computer or information systems, including programming and network/cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, and information assurance.
• Perform systems engineering and network/system administration.
• Analyze data from multiple sources (intrusion detection systems, firewalls, traffic logs, host system logs) to identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to active cyber events, and defend against emerging threats.

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

$130,000 - $160,000 (general guideline; official compensation determined by various factors).

This position requires access to information subject to ITAR and/or EAR compliance. Applicants must verify U.S. person status under ITAR and EAR. U.S. citizenship may be required for certain contract positions.
