* CACI has an immediate need for a  
** Senior Logistics Management Specialist** . As the selected candidate, you will, in part, provide customer support and infrastructure services with rapid response capabilities for SIGINT and Cyber Solutions supporting mission requirements. The successful candidate will serve in a hybrid Program Management and Logistics role responsible for coordinating program activities, managing logistics operations, supporting procurement efforts, maintaining property and inventory accountability, and ensuring mission readiness across multiple customer locations.

** Responsibilities:*
* _Logistics & Supply Chain Management:_

+ Manage Procurement Budgets by segregated funding lines.

+ Serve as an interface between customers, engineers, and vendors.

+ Track need dates and ETAs to ensure successful mission execution.

+ Consolidate procurement metrics for incorporation into Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) or briefings.

+ Manage procurement activities throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.

+ Utilize Purchasing Card (PCard) authority to execute quick-reaction online and local purchases.

+ Coordinate vendor communications, quotes, purchase requests, material acquisition, and delivery schedules.

+ Maintain accountability of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and associated records in accordance with government and corporate requirements.

+ Perform inventory management and control functions including receiving, issuing, tracking, auditing, reconciliation, cycle counts, and reporting.

+ Coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and local delivery of equipment, materials, and customer assets.

+ Support logistics planning and material readiness activities for operational and customer requirements.

+ Execute MDATs and DD1149s on classified and/or unclassified networks.

+ Performed annual inventory.

+ Utilize JIRA to manage CAP tickets.

+ Provide responsive customer support in a fast-paced operational environment.

+ Respond to customer requests and mission priorities with urgency and professionalism.

+ Maintain effective working relationships with customers, program teams, vendors, and support organizations.

+ Support customer meetings, reviews, and operational planning activities.

Required:

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

+ U.S. Citizenship.

+ Experience supporting logistics, procurement, inventory management, program coordination, financial tracking, or operational support functions.

+

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, financial tracking, data analysis, inventory management, and metric development.

+ Experience utilizing Purchasing Cards (PCard) and supporting procurement activities.

+ Knowledge of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) requirements and accountability procedures.

+ Experience utilizing JIRA for workflow management, reporting, and project coordination.

+ Experience performing inventory control functions, asset accountability, and logistics operations.

+ Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.

+ Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

+ Willingness to utilize a personal vehicle for local travel and deliveries when required.

+ Ability to operate company-provided vehicles (DOT CDL - Not Required).

+ Ability to travel as required to support customer and mission requirements.

_Desired:_

+ Ten (10+) years working as a Logistician. Degree not required.

+ Experience supporting classified operational environments. ​

+ Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems, government property management, and DoD acquisition or supply chain processes.
