Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually
Role SummaryThe Replenishment Analyst will work collaboratively with the customer and internal partners to ensure the proper flow of product to the distribution centers and support the satisfaction of the club members. This is a highly complex role that requires a high degree of organization to monitor PO’s placed by the customer, online direct to home order fulfillment, and component inventory levels for accuracy and optimum flow of product, identifying root cause issues that are causing disruptions, and formalizing plans to address these issues.
It will be necessary in this role to learn both internal systems as well as the customer’s systems used daily.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify areas of improvement and monitor performance.
- Reporting: Create reports on supply chain performance and communicate findings.
- Continuous Improvement:Make recommendations to leadership and the customer and identify areas to optimize replenishment, sales and profitability.
- Problem-Solving: Address product flow disruptions and find creative solutions to keep products moving efficiently.
- Collaboration and Communication: To ensure continuous supply to customers, work cross-functionally internally and externally with customers and gather information to report club, DC, and our inventory positions.
- Customer Service:Customer and Member Communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance or related field
- Depth of experience in the perishable supply chain field will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of experience managing perishable inventories, forecasts, and purchase order generation (Preferred)
- Food manufacturing experience in a perishable goods environment (Preferred)
- Experience in a CPG or distribution environment (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Analytical:Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, report findings, and develop action plans
