RNDC is looking for a Proficient and Energetic Mechanic to join our amazing RNDC team. The Mechanic’s responsibilities will include conducting all maintenance activities in the warehouse related to the safety and efficiency of the company’s conveyor systems, forklifts, and the warehouse facility.

• Repair and maintain conveyor system.
• Provide information, data, and recommendations regarding conveyor operations to anticipate, if not eliminate, potential problems.
• Be on call and available to respond to all breakdowns or problems that interrupt conveyor system operation.
• Determine necessary repairs that require outside mechanical personnel.
• Assist in maintaining and assuring the safe operation of forklifts used in the warehouse.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on the entire facility, including but not limited to lighting repair and replacement, minor plumbing problems, etc.

Strong mechanical aptitude. High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or maintenance certification program; 2‑3 years previous maintenance or related experience; or equivalent education and experience. Must regularly lift and / or move up to 60 pounds.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
• WSET certifications

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Maryland state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $62,200.00 up to $77,800.00, and is a combination of base salary plus monthly earned commissions if applicable. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
