• We are looking for quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. Work involves collaborating on disaster restoration projects, ranging from insurance-related cleanups to complete rebuilds, on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as residential losses.

• Cabinetry install/repair
• Carpentry
• Finish-out
• Flooring
• Painting
• Sheetrock / Drywall
• Roofing
• Texturing
• Trim work

• Commercial General Liability Insurance: $1,000,000 each occurrence
• $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
• $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury

• Business Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit

• Or
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
• $500,000 property damage
