• Manage and lead a team of Dock & Door Technicians and Team Leads across your territory
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of:
• Loading dock levelers (hydraulic, mechanical, air-powered)
• Overhead/sectional doors and high-speed industrial doors
• Safety barriers, vehicle restraints, dock seals, and shelters
• Dock accessories and warehouse safety equipment
• Conduct ride alongs, job site visits, and in-field evaluations
• Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring proactive communication and service excellence
• Promote a safety-first, high-performing, positive team culture
• Monitor technician performance, productivity, and billable hours
• Approve weekly time cards and conduct performance reviews
• Audit work orders for accuracy, completeness, and profitability
• Provide hands-on technical support for escalated issues
• Support operational improvements and best practices
• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Hands-on mechanical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong leadership and people development abilities
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass apre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
