Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated
Imaging Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets
. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining productivity, fostering a safe and engaged team environment, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet strict customer and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and Optimize Operations:
    Provide daily direction to the team to accomplish project goals, managing project timelines, quality, and the final outcome of customer orders and digital conversion processes.
  • Develop and Mentor Talent:
    Lead, mentor, cross-train, and provide accountable standards and measures for the department employees to build a skilled and high-performing team.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality:
    Research and resolve customer issues and ensure operations strictly comply with organizational quality standards and policies, as well as local regulatory requirements for handling sensitive customer data.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in supervising a team in a high-volume production environment, ideally for a team of about 30 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality assurance protocols, and document imaging/data capture processes.
  • Proven ability in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication.
  • High School Diploma or GED (or relevant certification).
