We are seeking Estimators/Project Managers for gainful full-time employment here in our Hercules Fence/HHS Office located in Jessup, MD. Daily responsibilities include preparing accurate project estimates, developing detailed project schedules, properly managing budgets and client expectations, overseeing the proper planning and/or execution of projects valued between $25K - $5M. Collaboration and clear responsive communication with clients, vendors, and team members is critical to your success.

This role involves near constant prioritization of multiple time-sensitive tasks spread over a long list of important projects which if performed properly will result in a successful delivery of projects large and small within a well-defined scope and accurate budget.

• Strong Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Project Estimating/Delivery Skills
• Experience with Project Estimation and Planning and Scheduling a big plus
• Excellent Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and coworkers
• Ability to manage complex workflows and meet tight deadlines with close attention to detail
• Familiarity with Commercial Construction Industry Practices and Standards preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Related Field
• Proficiency in relevant software (Bluebeam, CAD, Fence Cloud) for estimating and project management
