Inventory Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Lead to oversee inventory operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring product quality and rotation, and leading a small team to ensure efficient and organized storage of perishable goods.

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts for all produce items.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper rotation of perishable goods using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Lead and train inventory staff in proper handling, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, and production teams to track product movement.
• Generate inventory reports and assist in audits as needed.
• Identify and report quality issues or shrink concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas.

• Previous experience in inventory control, preferably in a refrigerated or produce environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and basic data entry.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and handling of perishable goods.
• Comfortable working in cold storage conditions (34–50°F).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Forklift experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

$20 - $22/hr based on experience
