POSITION OVERVIEW
Production Employees are responsible to sort and repackage product as well as other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Sort product based on size, color, quality and ripeness
- Place product in tray/case
- Move case to discharge conveyor
- Label cases
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must have the physical ability to read labels efficiently.
- Must have the physical ability to hear and follow instructions
- Must have basic math skills and be able to do basic math in your head.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Skills:
Basic Computer Skills
Employee may have to lift, carry and move boxes and cartons up to 25 lbs. Must be able to work in refrigerated and cold environments.
