Capital Seaboard is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner, selecting products from pick tickets, staging for production, and ensuring accuracy to meet customer specifications.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months of experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires adherence to HACCP, OSHA and GMP guidelines and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
