Sales Representative, Sales Development Rep/SDR

This part time flexible job is at our premier retail partner locations throughout the DC metro area. This is an awesome opportunity to make fantastic money representing a product you can believe in.
The best part? You determine how much you make. The more appointments you set, the more you earn. Our average employee makes $20-$30/hour. Please note there is no hard selling, just setting appointments. Is this you? Read on!
This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $17 hourly + up to $1,000 weekly commission. Base pay based on factors such as experience, education, location, certifications, etc.

Responsibilities- Work on-site at premier partner locations.
- Talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no-cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
- Follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps.
- Take advantage of paid training and proven marketing methodology.
- Earn a great wage, plus bonus and commissions.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

- Dedicated and dependable team player.
- Must be available during the day on weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Andersen has set a profit‑sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments based on quarterly operating profit performance.
