Sr. Account Executive, US FED NATSEC

Job Summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to support our Intelligence Community customers.

In this role, you will help drive the growth and shape the future of a growing business in the Intelligence Community. You will establish, build, and manage the growth of partner programs and pursuits in a high-profile account. This includes developing overall business strategies, collaborating across AWS, and engaging with customers and prime contractors to influence and accelerate adoption.

Location:

Annapolis Junction, MD. Position requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

• Meet regularly with national security executives and mission owners to understand their mission requirements.
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
• Accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships.

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
• 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph.

• 5+ years of direct sales in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to Intelligence Community customers.

The base salary range for this position is $142,800 - $193,200 per year. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
