MSI seeks a Regional Hardscape Sales Director to drive growth across construction-focused channels. You will lead regional hardscape sales strategy, manage key distributor and contractor relationships, and expand MSI's footprint with dealers, landscape architects, and builders. Partner with internal product and marketing teams to align go to market plans, create regional forecasts, and analyze pipeline performance. This role requires strong leadership, territory management, and solution selling skills, with a focus on delivering innovative, high quality solutions and an exceptional customer experience in a collaborative, tech driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for hardscape product lines
- Own and grow key distributor, dealer, and contractor relationships
- Lead territory planning, pipeline development, and sales forecasting
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to align go-to-market plans
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and program agreements with key accounts
- Analyze regional performance and deliver data-driven improvement plans
- Coach and mentor field sales reps and channel partners
- Represent MSI at trade shows, industry events, and customer demos
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and post-sale follow-up
- Report on competitive trends and market opportunities to leadership
