Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM –10:00 PM

Job Description

We are hiring a professional Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a warehouse/trucking facility in Jessup, Maryland. The supervisor will be responsible for managing officers, monitoring daily site operations, and ensuring all post orders and site procedures are followed.

• Supervise security officers assigned to the site
• Monitor gatehouse and access control operations
• Oversee truck driver check-in and check-out procedures
• Ensure officers are on post, in uniform, and performing duties
• Maintain daily reports, truck logs, and incident reports
• Communicate with facility management, officers, and company leadership
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, or security concerns
• Enforce post orders, site rules, and company policies
• Assist with call-outs, shift coverage, and officer accountability

• Prior security experience required
• Supervisory or lead officer experience preferred
• Warehouse, trucking, gatehouse, or access control experience preferred
• Must be dependable, professional, and able to lead a team
• Must have strong communication and report-writing skills
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule
• Must meet state and company requirements for unarmed security work
