Bathroom Installer

As an Installer with Premier Home Pros, you will join us on our mission of Making Homeowners Dreams a Reality by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers.

You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• 2+ years' experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, & construction.
• Reliable work vehicle such as a full‑size truck and/or trailer or sprinter van
• Necessary tools
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to receive work orders and update our CRM

• Meet at our warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, and load vehicle
• Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport
• Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area
• Install new bathtub/shower base and solid surface wall surround, update plumbing as needed
• Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer’s home by properly cleaning up following installation
• Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer and return documents to Project Manager
• Daily job close outs and emailed documentation

• Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests.
• Walk customers through finished project and get signed completion certificate.

• Previous successful experience in plumbing and remodeling.
• Familiarity with building supplies and industry background.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (when needed).

• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
