Pay: $28-$35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday + Overtime & Emergency Work

Youll be operating a 23-ton stick crane mounted on an International truck
, working alongside a tight-knit crew that depends on you to make the toughest removals look easy.

• Operating a 23-ton stick crane for tree removals and technical lifts
• Setting up jobs safely and efficiently (rigging, load control, communication)
• Working closely with climbers and ground crew to execute complex removals
• Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Responding to emergency storm work when needed

• CDL (Commercial Driver's License) – required
• Proven experience operating cranes (construction, tree work, or similar)
• Strong understanding of job site safety and load dynamics
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Willingness to be available for after-hours emergency calls when needed

• Certified Crane Operator license
• Experience in tree removal or arboriculture work

• An experienced operator who takes pride in precision and safety

Salary: $28 - $35 per hour
