Racking Installer

Installer/Laborer - Warehouse Racking

Pay Range: $18–$25/hr + Overtime + Travel Opportunities

We're looking for Racking Installers with construction or labor experience. This role is responsible for assembling and installing warehouse racking systems. If you enjoy hands‑on work, working with tools, being part of a team, and working across multiple job sites, this will be a great fit for you!

• Steady, full‑time work with overtime opportunities
• Work on different job sites (not stuck in one place)

• Team‑based environment (not working alone all day)

• Assemble and install warehouse racking systems and industrial storage equipment
• Use hand and power tools to complete installations
• Work on‑site at customer locations with a team
• Follow project plans and meet installation deadlines
• Communicate daily progress with your supervisor
• Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
• All other responsibilities/duties as assigned

• Construction, labor, or hands‑on work experience (required)
• Comfortable using tools and working in physical environments
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

• $18–$25/hr based on experience + overtime
