* Position Summary:
** Provide superior field support on Renewal by Andersen products by performing services.
*
* Primary Responsibilities:
****
- ** Service and repair previously installed Renewal by Andersen products.
-Analyze and resolve complex/escalated customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify theaction has fixed the situation in acost efficient and effective manner.
-Keep team member informed asneeded of customer interactionsand actions taken to resolve service issues.
-Coach, train and mentor Service Techs.
-Keep service area neat and organized, inventory service stockarea of warehouse; request material replenishment asneeded; provide detailed information to Service RSRs.
-Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
-Advanced knowledge of RbAwindow and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.
-Other duties as assigned by supervisor
** QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**-High School degree and valid driver’slicense with clean driving record
- Renewal installation experience-Meets the skills and competency requirements needed for Service Technician I-Ability to service and repair previously installed windows & doors. Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, door components, window coverings, and Hardware-Demonstrated analytical problem solving and decision-making skills; follow systematic approach in situational analysis and definition; arrive at acceptable solutions-Ability to train others on technical application and product requirements
** COMPENSATION:
** Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $30.00 hourly.
** PAY RANGE:**$27.76 - $41.64

*** PROFIT SHARING:
** In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
