Infra Delivery Technician, ADC Infra Ops Decom

We are seeking an Infra Delivery Technician to help develop and implement solutions that drive network stability and scalability. You will work with cross‑functional teams to install, maintain, and upgrade infrastructure throughout our global data centers.

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cables between equipment.
• Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities.
• Use material handling tools and equipment safely.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area; possess reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

• Regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in 24/7 environments with primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
• Operate in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

• Travel to or commute between data center locations as required (both short and long distances).
• Willing to temporarily work at alternative sites during training and until assigned facility is operational.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current, active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

• Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure.

United States, MD, Jessup – $27.00–$48.00 USD hourly.
