Oversee and manage commercial remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and to high quality standards;
Perform or coordinate carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, drywall finishing, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties;
Lead and support interior commercial carpentry activities, including metal stud framing and finish carpentry;
Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution;
