Lead Commercial Carpenter
Join a dynamic team as a Lead Commercial Carpenter responsible for overseeing and managing remodeling projects at a major institution. You will ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards while collaborating with various tradespeople and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Essential
Skills:
- Proficiency in drywall, drywall finishing, metal framing, and carpentry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drywall or framing in a residential or commercial setting.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Additional carpentry experience is a plus.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
