Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency;
Perform FAI/CVI inspections on all fleet vehicles and refrigeration units per regulatory requirements;
Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections on all fleet vehicles including Reefer units and related equipment;
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems (engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration) to manufacturer specifications;
Mentor Fleet Technician I and II; assist in their development; may perform moderate supervisory duties when management not available
